Due to the EU Whistleblower Directive and the planned national Whistleblower Protection Act, companies with more than 50 employees are obliged to set up a whistleblower system. Compliance with laws, regulations and internal guidelines is a top priority for us. We can only protect our company, our employees and our business partners if we act lawfully and with integrity. But where people work, mistakes can happen. Take an active part in improving mutual cooperation, because only together can we achieve our goals.
Violations can be reported confidentially via the whistleblower system. These may be violations of our Code of Conduct, applicable laws or other regulations, for example.
Our Weilburg Code of Conduct can be found here:

Worth knowing:
The following communication channels are available to ensure complete confidentiality:
In order to guarantee the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and those affected, we have set up an independent confidentiality office at atarax.
You can reach them via the telephone hotline at: +49 160 96210839 (Monday - Friday from 8.30 am - 5.00 pm).
The link will redirect you to the whistleblower portal of our data protection officer. Of course, this forwarding will not be traced.
You also have the option of reporting your observations anonymously on the portal of our confidentiality office.

At the request of the whistleblower, a report can also be made via these channels in a confidential personal meeting within a reasonable period of time.
We will provide you with information on reporting to a federal reporting office or to institutions, bodies, offices or other agencies of the European Union as soon as the national legislator has finally regulated the responsibilities.
