Do you have any questions about applications?
Here you will find the answers!

Online application

At WEILBURGER you apply online via our application portal. With this online application you register once and then follow the questions in the system. It is not necessary to enter all data separately, but you can import your data directly via your Xing or Linked-In profile and by importing your CV.

Finally, you simply upload the following files.

  • Cover letter
  • curriculum vitae
  • School reports

Please make sure that your attachments (pdf) do not exceed the size of 20 MB (10 MB per file).

Cover letter

In your letter of application you introduce yourself to us personally. You tell us what you like about training at WEILBURGER and why you are exactly the right person for Team WEILBURGER.

It's not about giving a chronological and detailed account of your career. Rather, you present your motivation and your personal strengths in the cover letter, which make you a suitable candidate for training at WEILBURGER.

Keep it short and limit yourself to one DIN A4 page (in Arial 11 pt, or Times New Roman 12 pt). Don't forget to include: your address, contact details, the recipient's address, date, subject line and your signature.

Curriculum vitae

Who you are, what you can do and what you have already done, we will find out from your CV. It is your business card and very important.

The CV should be complete and should contain the following information about you in chronological order: Name, date and place of birth, address, details of your school education and special skills, e.g. computer skills or foreign languages. In addition, you can also mention a completed Federal Voluntary Service, Voluntary Social Year, Voluntary Ecological Year, as well as internships, voluntary work or driving licence(s).

You can also use your CV to highlight your interests or even your commitment to social, political, cultural, musical or sporting activities. Such information also helps us to get to know you better.

School and job references

It is important for us that you back up the information given in your CV or cover letter with references and certificates. The last school report or your final report must therefore not be missing!

If you have already gained some work experience (holiday job, internship), please send us a certificate.

Job interview

Congratulations! The first hurdle has been overcome. Your documents have convinced us and we would like to meet you personally.

Here are a few tips for the interview:

  • Think about your professional, personal and social strengths and weaknesses
  • Make it clear to yourself why you are the first choice for a training place
  • Go through your application documents again at your leisure and think about where we might want to know more (e.g. gaps in your CV)
  • Think about what questions you would like to discuss with us, such as the size of the team, development opportunities in the position or how long the probationary period will last. Questions about working hours and fringe benefits can also be asked at the end of the interview
  • Important! Plan your journey generously and be punctual: it is better to arrive a little earlier than to be late
