Sales teams (m/f/d)

The dialogue with our customers is the fundamental cornerstone for long-term partnerships. We try to give our customers a competitive advantage with the right coating solution, to release potential and thus grow together. To achieve this goal you will work closely with our development and marketing departments. In various roles in one of our sales teams you will acquire new customers, develop sales promotion measures and take on an important consulting function for our customers.

As Key Account Manager you will develop our key customers in terms of turnover, margin, product range and processes, you will gain an overview of our competitors, their behaviour and exploit potential through your reactions. As part of our internal sales team, you will be the direct line to our customers, keep track of their processes and support our key account managers in their customer care activities.

R&D teams (m/f/d)

Through intensive research and development work we always measure our product development against the highest standards. As an innovator for trade and industry, we are already developing today the coating solution for the requirements of tomorrow.

In our R&D teams you will accompany our development projects in various roles. The development of customer- and market-oriented product solutions up to the production stage is one of the core tasks of our laboratories. The identification of new, potential raw materials, the development of new technologies as well as internal communication with sales, production and customers ensure a versatile task profile.

Support-Teams (m/w/d)

Our support teams ensure that everything runs smoothly so that employees in the Research & Development, Sales, Production & Manufacturing and Logistics departments can concentrate on their main tasks and current projects.

Our support team consists of the following areas:

Whether in dispersion, completion/shading or filling, our production teams produce from small quantities to impressive orders of magnitude.

We not only try to give our customers a competitive advantage with the right coating solution, but also to supply them quickly and easily with our products anywhere. This means that we transport our coatings around the world. For this we need our logistics teams.  

Our logistics teams accompany our processes from the stocking and provision of raw materials and internal transport to the storage and dispatch of the finished products. The logistics team at all locations worldwide has the goal of being a reliable service provider for both production and our customers at all times. Our logistics teams are supported by innovative and state-of-the-art technology that is constantly being developed.

Cover letter

In your letter of application you introduce yourself to us personally. You tell us what attracts you about a career at WEILBURGER and why you are exactly the right person for Team WEILBURGER. 

It is not a question of presenting your career chronologically and in detail. Rather, the cover letter only presents your motivation and personal strengths that make you a suitable candidate for a job at WEILBURGER.

Keep it short and limit yourself to one DIN A4 page.

Curriculum vitae

Who you are and what you can do, we will find out from your CV. It is your business card and therefore most important.

The CV should be complete and contain all the important information about your career, i.e. previous career steps with previous companies, university education or other further education, but also special skills, such as computer skills or foreign languages. 

You can also use the CV to highlight your interests or even your commitment to social, political, cultural, musical or sporting activities. Such information also helps us to get to know you better.

University and job references

It is important for us that you provide evidence of the information given in your curriculum vitae or your cover letter with references and certificates. The asbestos diploma from a university or certificates of employment from previous employment should therefore not be missing as an attachment!

Job interview

Congratulations! The first hurdle has been overcome. Your documents have convinced us and we would like to meet you personally. 

Here are a few tips for the interview:

  • Think about your professional, personal and social strengths and weaknesses
  • Make it clear to yourself why you are the first choice for the job you have chosen 
  • Please take your time to review your application documents and consider where we might need to know more (e.g. gaps in your CV)
  • Think about what questions you would like to discuss with us, such as the size of the team, development opportunities in the position or how long the probationary period will last. Questions about working hours and fringe benefits can also be asked at the end of the interview
