Gerhardshofen, June 25th 2017 – WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH, based in Gerhardshofen, Franconia, can look back successfully on two trade fairs as exhibitor. The company exhibit together with the PrintCity at interpack in Düsseldorf in hall 11 booth B04 from May 4th until 10th and at the UV-Days of IST METZ GmbH in Nürtingen from May 15th until 18th.
While the company presented its full range of most significant varnishes, flexo colours and adhesives at interpack, the main focus at UV-Days was on the latest products of the SENOLITH® UV and SENOLIT® UV LED series. The varnish specialist also showed on the basis of filigree elaborated varnish effect samples which is possible today in the field of high gloss finishing with perfect interaction of design and most significant varnish systems.
Both exhibitions broke visitor records again and show that the packaging industry have never been better than today.
Interpack 2017: 170.500 visitors ensure for full order books of the exhibitors – internationality at record level
The great interest of the exhibitor in the run-op to interpack 2017, which had given the world’s largest and most important exhibition of the packaging industry and its related process industry a record participation of 2.865 companies, now followed from May 4th until 10th 2017 a trade fair with excellent atmosphere and further records: 74 percent of the 170.500 visitors came to Düsseldorf from abroad – among them three-quarter decision-makers.
WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH was able to welcome more than 120 visitors at its booth during the seven days of exhibition. The following countries were represented: Netherlands, UAE, India, USA, UK, Czech Republic, Argentina, Australia, Denmark, France, South Africa, Belgium, Russia, Japan, Brazil, Italy, China, Turkey, Finland and Norway.
Eight in-house exhibition of IST in Nürtingen also this time a complete success
In advance communicated as the “worldwide largest in-house exhibition for UV and LED UV technology “, IST METZ GmbH registered new records with 920 visitors from a total of 33 countries. The company premises in Nürtingen is marked by UV and UV LED technology for four days and for the eighth time. The company informed along with 45 renowned exhibitors and industry partner about applications of UV and UV LED lacquers and colours in print and industry from the May 15th until 18th. The event comprised various printing demonstrations, keynote lectures, company tours, lab tours as well as varied topics on Low migration, LED sheetfed and web applications and industry applications.
During the UV-Days 2017 WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH welcomed 50 visitors from Germany, France, Switzerland, UK and Austria to its booth and advised about applications of its own UV and UV LED products for the sheetfed and web application, flexo printing, screen printing and digital printing. Furthermore, it was involved with its own products on the shoulder bag specially produced for this event. That was finished with SENOLITH® UV OFFSET MATT LACQUER HYBRID LED 369866 as well as SENOLITH® UV GLOSS LACQUER HYBRID LED 360753, two lacquers from the new SENOLITH® UV LED product class. Bastian Schäfer, Head of Technical Service of WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH, presented the advantages and application possibilities of UV LED colour and lacquer systems at the panel discussion “Packaging Printing: Everything goes with UV – inline!” powered by Deutschen Drucker.
